The Kanban and Lean Training conveys an elaborate knowledge about Kanban, Lean and its usage. Kanban lets you visualize your process and with the understanding of its values, provides you with means to continuously optimize the whole. During the course, attendees will experience how to set-up a Kanban Board and learn techniques how to adopt it to real life needs, like SLA requirements, bottlenecks and high priority incidents.
The experts of agile42 will introduce in a light and enjoyable way into the lean world focused on Software Kanban. This will be done with the help of practical game called "Pizza Kanban Challenge".
The game was a big success at conferences like Scrum-Day 2011 in Darmstadt (Germany), “Tampere Goes Agile” in Finland or at the Agile Coach Camp in Columbus (USA).
